Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office. Ensure that office equipment, furniture, and supplies are in good condition. Assist in data entry, photocopying, scanning, and printing of documents. Deliver and pick up documents or packages as required. Serve tea, coffee, and water to the staff and guests. Assist in setting up and cleaning up for meetings, events, and conferences. Run errands for the office, such as purchasing office supplies or running to the bank. Perform any other duties assigned by the management. Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if required. Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
