Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, etc.).
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, letters, and deliveries.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
Purchase and manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry items when required.
Run office errands such as bank work, post office, and vendor coordination.
Support administrative staff in day-to-day tasks.
Ensure meeting rooms are well-prepared before meetings (clean, organized, refreshments arranged).
Any other duties assigned by management.
