to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative support tasks and ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (including pantry, workstations, meeting rooms, and restrooms).
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
Run office errands, including delivering documents, purchasing office supplies, or depositing/collecting items from banks or other offices.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and distributing documents.
Ensure the pantry is stocked and clean; handle dishwashing and basic food preparation (if needed).
Support the admin staff in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
Help in setting up meeting rooms and organizing chairs/tables for events or visitors.
Perform minor maintenance or liaise with service vendors for repairs.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
