Job Brief

Welcoming visitors Preparing Coffee & Tea for Staff & Visitors. Organize and control kitchen, keeping track of material consumption Maintain in-house office assistance work Maintain outside administrative work properly( Bank Visits, Income Tax and other government department visit) Handle the Pantry Task Clean the office at the start of the day. Answers the telephone if necessary.
