Assist in serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Handle office maintenance tasks, including cleaning and tidying office spaces, meeting rooms, and pantry.
Assist with photocopying, filing, and managing office documents.
Deliver documents and parcels within the office or to external locations, as needed.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms and ensuring all required materials are in place.
Refill office supplies, such as stationery and pantry items, and keep track of stock levels.
Handle other office-related errands and support tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of office procedures and cleanliness standards.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
