Ensure furniture and equipment are clean and tidy.
Manage the upkeep of office equipment.
Assist with basic tasks such as filing, photocopying.
Handle external errands, such as delivering and collecting documents and parcels.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Help set up meeting rooms and assist with equipment.
Basic computer skills are often beneficial.
