Key Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning and dusting of office areas, furniture, and workstations.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical support tasks.
Handle office errands such as buying supplies, stationery, and other required items.
Ensure pantry and meeting rooms are kept neat and organized.
Support staff in moving files, documents, or light office materials.
Maintain inventory of pantry and office supplies, and inform management when restocking is required.
Assist with receiving or dispatching couriers and deliveries.
Perform other tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Basic communication skills (reading/writing simple instructions).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Trustworthy, punctual, and disciplined.
Physically fit to handle daily office activities.
