Job Title: Stock & Billing Executive (Wholesale Shop)

Location: chandi chowk

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 12,000-17000

Experience Required: 1-3 years preferred (Freshers with good Excel skills can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Management

Monitor daily stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.

Perform regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure adequate stock availability.

Godown/Warehouse Management

Supervise goods received and dispatched from the godown.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of products.

Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse.

Billing & Invoicing

Prepare sales invoices and billing using billing software or Excel.

Generate GST invoices and maintain billing records for all transactions.

Coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-ups.

Excel & Report Management

Update stock data, sales reports, and billing information regularly in Excel.

Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and sales reports.

Analyze data to support decision-making and inventory planning.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Entry)

Basic knowledge of billing software and GST compliance

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus

Qualifications

:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in Commerce or related field

Computer literacy is a must

Language Requirements
