Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including desks, pantry, and washrooms.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document delivery.
Assist in opening and closing of the office.
Ensure proper stock of office supplies and pantry items.
Coordinate with external couriers and deliver documents when required.
Support staff with simple errands or tasks as directed by management.
Maintain confidentiality and follow office protocols.
Requirements:
Minimum education: 10th Pass or equivalent.
Prior experience as an office assistant/peon is preferred but not mandatory.
Punctual, polite, and presentable.
Physically fit to handle routine tasks.
Basic communication skills in [English/Hindi/regional language as required].
Trustworthy and respectful behavior at the workplace.
