Ensuring the meeting room is available & ready for the meetings all the time.
Buying and serving refreshments/food for management/staff and visitors as per the requirements.
Sending & receiving couriers or parcels, maintaining the records and follow up.
Assisting in office day to day operations based on the requirements like delivering files & documents, following with online orders, to other staff members, dispatching documents, etc.
Carry out day to day operations and coordinate with vendors in admin related tasks.
General office tasks such as bills & vouchers scanning, printing documents.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
