The Office Attender is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by providing support in clerical, administrative, and housekeeping tasks. Duties include handling files, delivering documents, assisting staff, maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, managing office supplies, and supporting in basic errands within and outside the office. The role requires reliability, discipline, punctuality, and the ability to handle instructions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office premises.



Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.



Assist in handling files, photocopying, scanning, and delivering documents.



Run office errands such as collecting/dropping letters, parcels, or materials.



Support staff in setting up meeting rooms and basic arrangements.



Ensure proper upkeep of office equipment and furniture.



Handle office supplies and maintain inventory when required.
