Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, and pantry.
Ensure washrooms are clean and hygienic.
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal regularly.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, or refreshments to staff and visitors.
Arrange and clean utensils after use.
Ensure proper stock of tea/coffee supplies, drinking water, and pantry items.
Open and close the office premises as per schedule.
Deliver files, documents, and parcels within departments or to external offices.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, or filing documents when required.
Deposit/collect cheques, letters, parcels, or documents from banks, courier offices, or clients.
Assist in purchasing office supplies or stationery as per instructions.
Assist office staff with small tasks like shifting files, arranging chairs/tables for meetings, etc.
Ensure meeting rooms are set up with required materials (notepads, water, etc.).
Handle guests courteously and guide them to the concerned person/department.
Run errands as directed by senior staff or management.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum educational qualification: 8th or 10th standard pass (as applicable).
Physically fit and able to move around throughout the day.
Honest, punctual, and disciplined.
Basic understanding of office environment and responsibilities.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
