Title: Office Assistant with Advanced Excel

Department: General Office

Reports To: CEO/Manager

Summary:



The Office Assistant will provide comprehensive support to Seniors. The role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel proficiency to handle data analysis and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Duties:



Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining supplies. Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing. Support team meetings and events, including logistics and materials. Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, and route them appropriately. Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.

Excel-Related Duties:



Analyse and interpret data using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for reporting and analysis. Develop and present data visualizations using Excel charts and graphs. Assist with data cleaning and manipulation to ensure data accuracy. Support data-driven decision-making by providing insights from data analysis.

General Support:



Assist with special projects and tasks as needed. Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Support new employee onboarding by preparing necessary documentation.

Qualifications:



HSC or B. Com

Skills:



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, Data Analysis) Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Experience:



1-2 years of experience in an office assistant role.
