Job Summary
We are looking for a
responsible and organized Office Assistant
to help with
day-to-day real estate office operations
.
The ideal candidate will assist in
document handling, office coordination, stock management, and general administrative work
to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, disciplined, and eager to build a long-term career in a professional real estate environment.
Responsibilities
Handle and maintain
real estate documentation
, agreements, and client files.
Manage
daily office operations
and ensure proper upkeep of the workspace.
Maintain
office records, data sheets, and filing systems
(physical and digital).
Monitor and manage
office stock and supplies
such as stationery, keys, and documents.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members when required.
Assist with
printing, scanning, courier, and basic correspondence
.
Support management with administrative tasks and scheduling.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper organization of all office materials.
Requirements
Education:
HSC / Graduate (any stream)
Experience:
1-2+ years in administration, coordination, or office assistance
(Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.)* Two-wheeler license and should own his/her 2-wheeler.*
Skills:
Good verbal and written communication
Basic knowledge of
MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
Strong organizational and record-keeping ability
Reliability, discipline, and a professional attitude
