We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Purchase, Billing & Accounts Executive
to manage day-to-day purchasing, billing, and accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good coordination skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
purchase orders
, vendor coordination, and material follow-ups
Maintain
purchase records
, invoices, and supplier accounts
Prepare and process
sales and purchase bills
Manage
billing entries
, payments, and receipts
Maintain
accounts records
(ledger, vouchers, expense tracking)
Assist in
GST entries, returns, and basic compliance
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts
Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and documentation
Maintain proper filing of financial and purchase documents
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
(preferred)
1-3 years of experience in
Purchase, Billing, or Accounts
Knowledge of
Tally / MS Excel
Basic understanding of
GST and invoicing
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
