We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant/ Secretary to join our team and contribute in operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be capable of managing various administrative tasks with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general secretarial duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and emails.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of experience in a secretarial or administrative role (freshers with good in writing & speaking in English are also eligible).
Strong proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
