We are seeking a proactive and organized fresher to assist in purchase operations and provide general office support. The ideal candidate will help maintain vendor communication, support documentation, and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Support:
Assist in preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and follow-ups.
Maintain records of materials received and pending deliveries.
Support in comparing supplier quotations and price negotiation follow-ups.
Office Assistance:
Manage filing, documentation, and data entry related to purchase and admin.
Support daily office operations including inward/outward material entries.
Coordinate with courier vendors and service providers.
Assist in maintaining stationery and office supply inventory.
Requirements:
Graduate (Mechanical engineer prefer)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Good verbal and written communication.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Fresher or up to 6 year of relevant experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
