We are looking for a smart and energetic person to join our team. The role involves handling online promotions, digital tasks, basic technical support, and client communication. You should be comfortable using computers, websites, and messaging tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Promotional Activities:
Create and share flyers, product updates, and offers via WhatsApp, email, and other platforms to clients.
GEM Portal Handling:
Manage Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal - product uploads, bid participation, document submissions, and updates.
Client Communication:
Communicate with clients via email and WhatsApp in a professional manner; maintain follow-ups.
Website Management:
Update and manage the company website content, banners, product listings, and announcements.
Technical Support:
Assist in preparing quotations, basic product specs, and technical documents related to CCTV and automation products.
Computer Operations:
Handle day-to-day office tasks including data entry, emailing, document formatting, and record keeping.
Key Skills Required:
Good English communication (written and verbal)
Strong computer and internet knowledge
Basic understanding of websites and digital content
Familiar with MS Office, email marketing, and WhatsApp Web
GEM portal handling experience is a plus
Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
