Office Assistant/Data Entry Operator
to support our daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, printing, scanning, and data entry
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans
Manage customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email in a polite and professional manner
Coordinate with the sales team, site supervisors, and vendors regarding material and delivery schedules
Maintain inventory records and follow up with suppliers
Schedule manager's site visits, arrange client meetings, and maintain calendars
Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Handle courier, dispatch, and basic banking tasks (if required)
Maintain records of material movement and update ERP/Excel sheets regularly
