Our services include Epoxy and PU coatings tailored to various project requirements. We are looking for a smart, proactive, English-fluent (written & spoken), well-organised, and multi-tasking Office Assistant/Data Entry Operator to support our daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks: filing, documentation, printing, scanning, and data entry
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email professionally
Coordinate with sales teams, site supervisors, and vendors regarding materials and delivery schedules
Maintain inventory records and follow up with suppliers
Arrange Manager's site visits, schedule client meetings, and maintain appointment calendars
Manage office supplies and oversee basic office operations
Handle courier, dispatch, and basic banking tasks (if required)
Track material movement and update ERP/Excel sheets regularly
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Good communication skills (English required)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office / Excel
Prior experience in office coordination or data entry preferred
