Office Assistant/Admin

for our office at

Aluva, Ernakulam.

The applicant should be a local resident from Ernakulam within a traveling distance of 10 kms.

Responsibilities



Provide administrative support Manage sales calls (English & Malayalam) Handle incoming enquiries via phone & email. Create work proposals for clients based on the given templates

Requirements



Good English Communication and interpersonal skills Young, Energetic and Pleasant personality Any Degree or Diploma holders Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Problem-solving skills Computer knowledge is complusory - Need to prepare documents and presentations using MS Office.
