Job Description

We are seeking a responsible, well-organized, and proactive

Office Assistant / Personal Secretary

to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The candidate will handle daily office tasks, manage schedules, maintain records, and ensure smooth coordination of business and personal activities.

Key Responsibilities



Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior management. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and reports. Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation. Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and bookings. Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and office documents. Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external agencies. Take minutes of meetings and follow up on action items. Organize and maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations. Perform personal assistance tasks as required by management. Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Key Skills & Competencies



Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Professional appearance and positive attitude. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
