We are seeking for a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support our day-to-day operations in an advertising company. The role involves office coordination, handling materials, managing client deliveries, and assisting with signage and printing work. The ideal candidate should be organized, hands-on, and comfortable interacting with clients to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily office operations related to signage and packing.
Handle packing and deliveries of client orders.
Manage delivery and collection of materials to and from clients, vendors, and printers.
Coordinate and assist in signage installation and taking measurements, printing, and production-related tasks.
Communicate with clients regarding delivery schedules, requirements, and updates.
Maintain basic records of deliveries.
Ensure materials and equipment are handled safely and responsibly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Ability to ride a two-wheeler confidently for deliveries.
Good verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Basic understanding of office work and coordination.
Physically fit to handle packing and material movement.
Punctual, responsible, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and work independently when required
