We are seeking a proactive and organized female Office Assistant who will support daily office operations while also assisting in marketing activities, new customer acquisition, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be proficient in basic computer (Excel) and email operations. The employees will be provided lucrative incentives as per their Marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office administration and day-to-day operational support
Handle incoming and outgoing emails and maintain professional correspondence
Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
Assist in marketing activities, including promoting company products
Identify and approach potential new customers through calls, emails, or other channels
Follow up with existing and prospective customers to ensure timely communication
Maintain customer data, leads, and follow-up status in records or systems
Coordinate with internal teams to support business and marketing objectives
Prepare basic reports, lists, and summaries as required by management
Support other office-related tasks as assigned from time to time
