Handling incoming and outgoing mail/courier services.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff.
Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when required.
Supporting HR tasks like attendance records, leave applications, etc.
Assisting in data entry, filing, and other clerical work.
Keeping the office area organized and presentable.
Providing support to managers and staff with daily tasks.
