Job Summary



The Office Assistant will handle clerical and administrative tasks, assist faculty and staff, and serve as a point of contact for students and visitors. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining records. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner. Assist in maintaining student records and updating databases as required. Support faculty and administrative staff with documentation, printing, and scheduling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in an office or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good written and verbal communication skills.
