at our construction company office. The role requires close coordination with site teams, vendors, and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, and expense records
Prepare, verify, and process bills, invoices, and payment statements
Handle contractor, vendor, and supplier billing and follow-ups
Manage
incoming and outgoing calls
, coordinate with clients, vendors, and site staff
Maintain
inventory records
for materials, stationery, and office supplies
Track material inward/outward entries and stock balances
Prepare and circulate
daily progress reports (DPRs)
based on site updates
Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and wage records
Maintain purchase orders, work orders, and payment documentation
Coordinate with site engineers for bills, measurements, and material usage
Maintain proper filing, registers, and office documentation
Support management with MIS reports and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word
, and accounting software (Tally preferred)
Prior experience in
construction or real estate
industry is an advantage
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Honest, disciplined, and detail-focused
