We are looking for a dedicated and responsible O

ffice Assistant

to handle front office activities, bank-related work, office errands, and back-office tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage

front office operations

including handling visitors, calls, and general inquiries. Perform

bank-related works

such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque submission, DD collections, etc. Handle

office errands

like document delivery, purchase of office supplies, and coordination with vendors. Support

back-office tasks

such as data entry, filing, documentation, and record maintenance. Assist in

mail communication

and basic correspondence with clients and vendors. Maintain proper documentation of office and operational records. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Support management in other assigned administrative and operational activities.

Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum

Bachelor's degree

(any stream). Ability to

read, write, and communicate in English

. Basic knowledge of

email and MS Office (Word, Excel)

. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Willingness to handle

field work and office responsibilities

. Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.

Experience:



0-2 years of experience in office administration or operations (Freshers can also apply).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
