Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
Organize meetings, conferences, and events as needed.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless event execution.
Run personal errands and manage household or personal commitments when required.
Act as the first point of contact for the executive, both internally and externally.
Liaise with different departments, vendors, and clients on behalf of the executive.
Ensure smooth daily operations by handling office supplies, expenses, and administrative tasks.
