Maintain, organized and clean environment within office premises daily.
Extend assistance to employees upon request or whenever necessary and demonstrate good rapport towards them.
Exhibit an accommodating attitude towards visitors / guests.
Keep storage areas well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
Inform administrator for any office supplies/supplies/stationery, kitchens items for stock and other items that required in the office.
Takes other assigned duties given by other staff and instructions regarding work methods and routines.
Observe precautions required to protect office/company premises and employees' properties and report damage, and theft.
Wash dishes and clean kitchens well.
Alternatively answers telephones and take notes of messages whenever necessary.
Provide support to all employees and assistance in performance of their official duties. Provide promptly water, tea, beverages, and other needs.
Maintain cleanliness of office equipment and furniture.
Qualifications
High School Graduate with Basic office skills
Any related Training certificate

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience
Experience in administrative or clerical activities is an added advantage
