Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and emails.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements; maintain calendars for staff or managers.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (both physical and digital).
Perform data entry, prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense reports, or payroll processing as needed.
Coordinate office events, meetings, or maintenance services.
Provide general support to staff, including copying, scanning, faxing, and running errands.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role (1-2 years typical).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with scheduling software, basic accounting principles, or social media management is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
