We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations. The role involves regular travel for bank-related tasks, cheque deposits, submitting documents, and handling various official and government-related paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
Visit banks for day-to-day activities such as:
Depositing cheques
Cash withdrawals and deposits
Updating passbooks, collecting statements, and completing KYC formalities
Handle government and official paperwork including:
Submission of documents to government departments
Collecting approvals, certificates, and notices
Coordinating with local authorities for business-related procedures
Assist with routine office administrative tasks such as:
Maintaining records and files
Preparing and organizing documents
Managing incoming/outgoing couriers
Supporting office staff as needed
Ensure safe handling of company documents and maintain confidentiality.
Perform other errands and tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Graduates preferred).
8 years of experience in office support or field-related work.
Familiarity with bank processes and official documentation.
Ability to travel locally for office-related tasks.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, responsible, and well-organized.
Additional Requirements
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Should be punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
Ability to handle confidential documents securely.
