Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain and update filing systems (both digital and physical)
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database maintenance
Coordinate office maintenance and service requests
Deliver and collect materials, documents, and packages to/from clients, vendors, or branch offices as needed
Run office errands using a two-wheeler
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
