We are seeking a responsible and active Office Assistant to support our dispatch team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the manufacturing unit. The role involves assisting in packing, handling office-related purchases, and taking care of basic office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dispatch team in packing and dispatch activities.
Purchase office-related items as required.
Take responsibility for opening and closing the office on time.
Support in maintaining office cleanliness and supplies.
Perform basic administrative tasks assigned by management.
Travel locally when required for office-related work.
Requirements:
Any degree/diploma (12th pass candidates with relevant skills can also apply).
Willingness to assist in physical tasks like packing and dispatch.
Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
Basic knowledge of MS Office is a plus.
Two-wheeler license preferred for local travel.
