Key Responsibilities



Communication:Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and greet visitors. Administrative Support:Perform data entry, maintain spreadsheets and databases, and assist with mail and deliveries. Office Management:Maintain office supply inventory, order new materials, and ensure the office runs smoothly. Organization:File, scan, and organize physical and digital documents. Scheduling:Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for staff. Equipment Operation:Operate basic office equipment like printers, copiers, and scanners.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and basic knowledge of office equipment. Soft Skills:Strong communication (written and verbal), attention to detail, organizational ability, time management, reliability, and a willingness to help others. Education:A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Experience:1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience is often preferred.
