Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
Maintain files, records, and documents in an organized manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support HR and accounts teams with basic data entry and documentation.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for purchases.
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees as needed.
Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
