Manage front desk operations, including receiving visitors and handling phone calls.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, couriers).
Support HR and Admin functions in documentation and record-keeping.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of office premises.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
