We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office by supporting managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing general administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain and update office filing systems, records, and databases
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Greet and assist visitors to the office
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
