About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator with strong MS Excel skills to support our Ecommerce operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra. You will manage marketplace data, maintain reports, and coordinate order processing, returns, etc
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties
Coordinate daily office operations and ensure timely support to the ecommerce and operations team
Manage filing, documentation, and internal records related to inventory, returns, invoices, and platform statements
Assist with scheduling pickups, logistics coordination, and courier issues
Excel & Reporting (Core Area)
Ecommerce Operations
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for order processing and TAT tracking
Support return handling, refund claims, and order cancellations on seller portals
Maintain barcode and MRP label generation records
Skills Required:
Advanced Microsoft Excel - VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Conditional Formatting, Power Query
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Basic understanding of online product catalogs and logistics
Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Computer Applications
Minimum 1 years experience in an admin or ecommerce support role
