Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive
Office Assistant
to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of a small corporate office with approximately 20 staff members. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling general office administration, supervising housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, cleanliness, and upkeep
Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate minor electrical or maintenance issues
Monitor and manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance personnel
Assist in handling courier, filing, and documentation tasks
Operate basic computer functions: sending emails, reading email communications, and data entry
Support administrative staff with photocopying, printing, and other routine office tasks
Ensure meeting rooms and office areas are clean and organized at all times
Willingness to work additional hours when required for office needs
Requirements:
Minimum 10th/12th pass; any additional certification is a plus
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email usage, typing)
Good communication skills in [English/local language]
Prior experience in office assistance or facilities supervision preferred
Ability to take initiative and handle responsibilities independently
Honest, punctual, and a team player
