Key Responsibilities:



Handle front-desk activities: answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence. Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (physical and digital). Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting rooms. Perform data entry and maintain office databases. Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic financial records. Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed. Ensure office cleanliness and coordinate with facility services.

Qualifications & Skills:



High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
