To get signatures on important documents from Directors and make sure paperwork needing director approval is done on time
Get legal certificates needed for tender documents from auditors, Lawyers and from bank.
Take care of land-related documents, keeping them updated and organized.
Coordinate with auditor office, including visiting their office to collect documents and DSC keys.
Handle cash transactions both inside and outside the office.
Keep cash records accurate and up to date.
Process payments and maintain proper records.
Manage bank transactions like NEFT, RTGS, bank guarantees, transfers, etc.
Keep a record of all bank transactions for future reference and audits.
Gather and update budget details for site-related work.
Check office supply needs regularly and order stationery when needed.
CUG mobile bills check and verify with site.
Help with other general office tasks as needed.

Experience - 1-3 yrs
Basic Knowledge - Tally, MS Office & Bank transactions
