Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents (both digital and physical).
Schedule meetings and assist with calendar management for managers or teams.

Order Processing Support
Assist with processing online orders and returns.
Coordinate with the warehouse team or fulfillment centers for dispatch and delivery updates.
Monitor order status and inform customers of shipping/tracking details if required.

Inventory and Stock Management Assistance
Help in tracking inventory levels and alerting the relevant department about low stock.
Assist in updating product listings with correct stock quantities or information.
Support in physical inventory counts and reconciliation (if working on-site).

Customer Service Support
Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, or live chat.
Log customer complaints or issues and forward them to the concerned team.
Follow up on customer queries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Data Entry and Reporting
Enter data related to sales, inventory, and customer feedback into databases or spreadsheets.
Generate basic reports for management (e.g., sales summary, inventory report, daily orders).
Maintain accuracy in data entry to ensure smooth operational workflows.
