Key Responsibilities Office Assistance Tasks Manage day-to-day office activities and maintain a clean, organised workspace. Handle filing, documentation, data entry, and record maintenance. Assist in preparing reports, bills, quotations, and invoices as required. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, service) for smooth operations. Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed. Support HR/Accounts/Service departments with basic administrative tasks. Tele-calling / Customer Interaction Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, service reminders, product information, and appointment scheduling. Handle inbound calls and provide basic information about products/services. Maintain customer call logs and update CRM/ERP systems accurately. Follow up on leads, enquiries, and pending customer issues. Communicate politely and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
