We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Office Assistant
to join our team. The role involves providing day-to-day administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting various departments with clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Handle office filing systems, records, and documentation.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support HR and Accounts with basic administrative tasks.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when required.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff.
Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), TALLY SOFTWARE and email handling.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
