to support the daily operations of our office at GKS Group, Nungambakkam. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain office efficiency, and provide secretarial support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (physical and digital).
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for management.
Prepare letters, reports, and office communications as required.
Assist in procurement of office supplies and ensure availability.
Coordinate with vendors, visitors, and internal departments.
Support HR and accounts team with documentation and filing work.
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and related logistics when required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (Diploma or Secretarial qualification preferred).
2-5 years of experience in office administration/secretarial role.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication
.
Good communication skills in
English, Tamil
(Hindi knowledge is an added advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Typewriting shorthand.
