The Office Assistant (Runner) will provide general administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations. This role involves handling deliveries, running errands, managing documents, and assisting various departments with routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle internal and external document deliveries, bank work, and courier services.
Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and correspondence.
Support procurement of office supplies and assist in maintaining inventory.
Assist in arranging meetings, setting up conference rooms, and serving refreshments when required.
Support administrative staff with filing, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in common office areas.
Coordinate with vendors, courier agencies, and service providers as directed.
Perform ad-hoc errands or tasks assigned by the Admin or HR team.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: High School / Intermediate (Graduate preferred).
1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or office support role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with local routes and basic office procedures.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a professional attitude.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
