Central Academy School, Jodhpur is seeking a reliable and proactive
Office Assistant
to support the school administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and comfortable working in coordination with school authorities and external parties, with
no problem in traveling
for official school work when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and school office operations.
Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails efficiently.
Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff for administrative support.
Manage communication between school authorities and external departments.
Support in organizing school events, meetings, and official visits.
Handle fee collection records, attendance, and other routine data entry tasks.
Travel with school authorities or management for official school work when required.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Principal or Administrative Head.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce or Administration background).
1-3 years of experience in school or office administration preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Willingness to travel for school-related work or coordination purposes.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday (as per school timings)
