Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration
Manage front-desk activities, including calls, emails, and visitor handling.
Maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
Organize meetings, schedules, and office events.
Handle documentation, filing (physical & digital), and courier management.
Ensure a clean, professional, and well-maintained office environment.
HR Support
Assist in recruitment (job postings, screening, interview scheduling).
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support onboarding & exit formalities.
Help in payroll coordination and basic HR compliance.
Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Requirements
Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent) - HR/Administration background preferred.
1-3 years of experience in office administration/HR (freshers with strong skills can also apply).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
