You'll keep the office running smoothly--managing admin, documentation, basic accounting support, and day-to-day coordination with teams, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Front desk: calls, emails, visitor handling, meeting scheduling.
Documentation & data entry: Google Workspace/MS Office; maintain files (digital & physical).
Purchase & vendor coordination: stationery, utilities, AMC follow-ups.
Courier, inventory, and office supplies tracking.
Travel & logistics: bookings, reimbursements, petty cash handling.
Basic accounts support: bill/invoice preparation, receipts, expense entries (Excel/Tally--training can be provided).
Support HR/ops: onboarding docs, attendance follow-ups, small office errands when needed.
Must-Have Skills
Proficiency in
MS Excel/Google Sheets
